Senior Export Compliance analyst

LOCATION
California > San Francisco Bay Area > Peninsula/South Bay

DESCRIPTION
Analyze export regulations and apply to clients' high tech products and components.  Provide ECCN classifications.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Thorough knowledge of U.S. Export regulations.
* Familiarity with European export regulations a plus.
* Expertise in ECCN classification.
* Strong computer/web research skills, Excel proficiency a must.
* 5+ years experience in international trade regulatory environment
* Self-starter, well organized, fast-paced individual.

REQUIREMENTS
B.A. in International Business, engineering degree or equivalent business experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ascertain the functionality and attributes of high tech products, assemblies and components as they relate to ECCN classification.  Research internal and external web sites for relevant data.  Write substantiating audit trails.
