DESCRIPTION
Customs professional focused on HTSUS classification or engineer with regulatory background to undertake in depth HTSUS classification audit of high tech products and components.

QUALIFICATIONS
* In depth knowledge of Customs law and regulations.
* Alternatively, hardware engineer.
* Expertise in HTSUS classification of high tech products/components.
* Strong computer/web research skills, Excel proficiency a must.
* Customs Broker License or engineering degree.
* Well organized, fast-paced individual.

REQUIREMENTS
Customs Broker License or Hardware Engineering degree

RESPONSIBILITIES
Be responsible for ascertaining the functionality and attributes of high tech products, assemblies and components as they relate to HTS classification.  Research customs’ rulings databases for applicable decisions.  Write audit trails for each part/product.
